Location: Rotterdam, NLThis post modern building designed by architect Carel Weeber in the 80’s, is recognizable for its distinctive paperclip-shaped form, which gives the building its name. The facade features a repetitive bold pattern of materials, textures, windows and balconies that create a dynamic visual rhythm and make it a landmark of the city.
